Junior Associate
The Central Group is a specialist Strategy Consultancy working in the Pharmaceutical Sector. Our clients are major pharmaceutical companies located around the globe. We are opinion leaders in our field and continue to bring fresh thinking and ideas to help solve our clients' product development and marketing challenges.
We are looking for a bright and motivated graduate who can quickly become part a valued part of the team. They will preferably have a good life-sciences degree from a respected university.
Their role will include:
- Assisting the Partners in running strategic processes and workshops with clients
- Helping to run and organise key strategic meetings of top medical experts in the UK and around the world
- Project management within global market research projects
- Ensuring internal management processes run smoothly
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A demonstrable work ethic that strives to achieve and doesn't tolerate "near enough"
- The ability to learn quickly and self-motivate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills together with good general IT literacy
- An ease with numbers and scientific concepts
Our desire is for this person to grow and learn with company, over time becoming an integral and senior part of the team.
Location: Mortlake, South-West London
Salary: £20,000 per annum
